Q. When will you charge my credit card?
A. After you make a reservation with us, we'll take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability.Your card will be charged on the day of the ride, driver will take an imprint of your credit card. Our policy requires picture ID for every credit card transaction, so, please, have your matching ID and credit card with you.

Q. For what time should I schedule a reservation for a pickup from the Airport?
A. We recommend to schedule reservation time to your flight's estimated time of arrival.

Q. Am I gonna be charged waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A. NO, our dispatchers check your flight, so driver will be there when the flight arrives.

Q. When does waiting time charge apply for pickup at the Airport?
A.We give 30 min free waiting time on domestic and 45 min on international flights from the time the flight lands. We advise customers arriving on international flights select a "Delay Pickup" to make sure you have enough time to clear the custom and immigration. For example, if you select 15 min delay pickup, then your driver will arrive to the Airport 15 min after your flight arrives.

Q. How do I find my driver at the airport?
A. Your uniformed driver will be holding a sign containing your name by the baggage claim (on domestic flights) or by the custom exit (on international flights).Sometimes a few flights come at the same time, so you could have a trouble finding your driver. It is your responsibility to call the company if you don't see your driver. Leaving from the airport without letting us know is considered as "NO SHOW" and will be charged full rate.
